Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I purchased a pair of Adidas Sport shoes for 16000 R.S. from Adidas authorized retailer from Wave Mall Lucknow on October 2021. Within 1 year of purchasing the fabric above sole of the shoes started wearing. After 1 year there were 2 visible wholes on both the shoes. I take the shoes to the retailer and showed them the what quality products company is manufacturing, but nobody listened to me and did't tell the solution for the problem.
On 3/3/2023 I visited company website and called customer care number at 11.45 A.M. I told them about the problem and ask them to solve my problem. But the Adidas representative simply said we only give 3 months warranty on our product. He said "The matter does't comes under our company policy".
I ask them to just to repair my shoes not for replacement as the shoes was costing 16000 R.S. and it is not being used properly for not even 1 year.
But the company representative threaten me the he will disconnect my call if I said company is making inferior quality products. I said to him Company policy should be to satisfy the consumer and not to sell inferior quality products. He did't listened to at all, no cooperation was received from company.
My complaint is not for replacement of my shoes, but for mending my shoes so that I could use it further because I had bought a product from trusted Brand. Money is very valuable but such multinational giants are exploiting Indian consumer by providing us with inferior quality products. If such case had been in some european or american country then this company would not be behaving in the same manner.
