So i ordered a pair of shoes on 14th of november 2022
and they were delivered on 16th.
after trying them on for the first time i immedietly knew they were just too tight from the sides
so i raised a request for the return on the same day (16th)
and today on 17th of DECEMBER [after almost 31 days] the pick up of my shoes is still pending
the mobile application and the website both says that the return has started
neither it is updating nor it is giving me the reason for no pick
and there is no option to contact or get the details of the pick up agent
i have called the customer care number 5-6 times
and all they say is that they have escalated the problem and the pick up will be done in 4 working days
but no one comes
i have emailed their support team many times
i have not recieved any real help from anyone
all they say is they have highlighted my problem to the resolution team
