I haven't received the refund for the Order Number: AIN00708303. It's Been A Month Since I haven't received a refund yet . Is this all a joke to you? I have been writing emails every two days for my refund . I have submitted my information 5 times. Every time time I send an email either I don't get a reply or else I get the same reply to wait for 14 days. It's already been more than 14 days as per your policy. Why have I not been given a fixed date? Customer care experience has been the worst when compared to any other brands. This is highly not acceptable from adidas and it is high level of irresponsibility shown towards customer
Customer care executive does not even respond to calls as it is always busy.
So this makes no sense to have a customer care portal.
Never expected this to happen with your team
I have also sent mails to the service team of adidas well i did get the response only for two emails and that is all.
I would really need my refund with few days as you know it is not a small amount
I hope there need not be any kind of escalation from my side
