Adidas — Not processing return of orders since 04 jan

I received 2 orders (AIN00355834 & AIN[protected] on 04 Jan 22 and placed return request on the same day via Adidas website. Called up customer service 4-5 times and also emailed customer service over 5-7 times. Every time I receive a message that my pick up has been rescheduled, however, no one comes to pick up the orders. My refund amount of 9k is stuck due to this. I have even copied my mail to their CEO and send them message on instagram. Please help.
