[Resolved]  Adidas — Online Payment done via Debit Card but order not confirmed on Adidas India Website

On October 5th, I made an order on the Adidas India Website (https://www.adidas.co.in/) at 12:54 PM IST.

I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed on the website and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

Thus, I shall need a refund for this.

Tried to place the order again in the evening using the debit card. But this time i tried it via the Adidas android app. It said there was a problem placing the order. But again the money was deducted from my account.

Would need refund of both transactions now.
