My Order, AIN02025223, placed on 22nd October 2022 didn’t get shipped for more than one month now. When it didn’t ship for almost 10 days, i raised a request with adidas customer care to cancel this order. Since then, customer care executives only keep telling me that they are creating a ticket and escalating this issue to the concerned team for cancellation. Till now more than 5-6 complaints have been raised but, their escalation team doesn’t take action at all and due to this, my amount of 22, 999 is stuck with adidas.
