Adidas — Order ID AIN[protected] No one coming to pick up the return item since 15 March

I have placed a return request for Order ID AIN02806644.

The status says that it has been cancelled by the shipper. However, no one ever contacted me for the pickup. It was probably done by some lazy bluedart employee.

Unfortunately, even after multiple complain emails and calls to customer-care, No one has bothered to come again. 6159 Rs is not a insignificant amount. Worse is that even the nodal and grievance officers have not replied to any email till date.

I want the product returned and refund processed asap.
