Hello Team,
I had ordered few items from Adidas online store on 9th Feb 2023. Some of them I wanted to return and I initiated the return from Their website on 9th Feb itself. Return was scheduled twice and pick-up guy did not turn up. Second time I got a call and pickup guy told me that instead of returning 8 items in one return I should do 2 items in one return. I told him we always return all the items we don’t need in one go and have never faced such issue. Post that pickup did not happen and I just got a message that pickup failed and will be attempted again tomorrow. Since then I have written to adidas customer support and have called their customer support multiple times . Every time they tell me that pickup failed because no one was at home. They also promise me that pickup will be scheduled again and same story repeats. I am left with approx INR 10000 worth of adidas merchandise which I do not need and I don’t know what to do to return that. Request your help in getting this return completed.
