I bought a Tennis shoe for Adidas online and the shoe torn away from sides for 2-3 days
Date of Purchase = 2/4/2023
Date of Delivery - 2/10/2023(Approx.)
Quality Issue with reported - 2/13/2023(Emails from emails ID - [protected]@gmail.com)
Number of time called the customer care - 12 times
In spite of continuous follow and raising quality issue with shoe, I only get to hear that' WE ARE WOKRING ON RETURN PICKUP) for last 1.5 months
I looped the grievance office in all emails but the issue was not attended
I called the Adidas customer care multiple times and talked to the team, lead but was of no use
I only come to hear that we are working on it but how long. I have no clarity about the shoe pickup. I am unable to buy a shoe for my son and he continues to wear the old shoe and go for his tennis classes
I ma really frustrated by the customer care that is provided by Adidas and it was least expected form the brand like Adidas
I am not sure if my time in writing these details will help or not :(
