Adidas — Poor quality of shoes

I bought my last pair of adidas shoes - adidas springblade shoes (Article no c75665) - on 2015/07/11, bill no. Sc3192 from samyak retail services pvt. Ltd., an adidas store located at south city mall, kolkata. At the time of purchase i was assured by the sales staff at samyak retail services pvt. Ltd that in case of any quality issues the shoes will be replaced within one year of purchase.
I had hardly used the shoes for a few times when one fine morning i noticed that the shoes suffered from a glue joint failure on the sole. Please see picture. I request adidas to replace this pair of shoes. I visited the store, mailed and called the toll free number - [protected]. Till now i have got no response.
This is not the first time i am facing a problem with adidas shoes. Previously two pair of shoes faced similar problems.
