I had placed a prepaid order on adidas.co.in on 30th October, 2021 with ref. no. AIN00142037. The item was not delivered to me and the tracking status shows that the order has been LOST by the company. The customer service assured me that the money would be given back to me.
It has been more than 50 days but I have not received my money.
No refund has been processed by Adidas. I have made more than 15 calls, 5 E-Mails to the customer service but everytime I am being told that the refund would be processed within 48 hours, 50 days gone but refund is not processed.
This refund has become a matter of great concern for me.
Neither my order is delivered to me nor my money is given back.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The Adidas customer service is at its lowest. Was this information helpful? |
