Dear sir/ma'am
I am writing this mail as a warranty claim (as seen in the mail thread has been rejected) has been rejected. I request you to please consider the following before rejecting the claim
1) the shorts have been worn only twice as can be seen from the condition of shorts in pictures attached in the mail ( I m sure a physical inspection of the same from your QC department will reinforce the fact )
2) what is the defect~ The elastic band of the shorts have folded and doubled which makes it uncomfortable to wear on the waist.
3) the shorts were a gift which I received two months after the purchase, hence the delay in finding the defect and relaying the same to your channel partner in Ahmedabad.( kindly note the shorts have been brought in Delhi and given to the channel partner in Ahmedabad, as they were gifted by a friend from Delhi )
I m attaching the bill and photos of the product for your reference.
Hoping for a positive response from Adidas to reinforce our confidence and trust in the brand which we have been loyal to for years.
Called them thrice & mailed them too but got no reply!
