I ordered two products i.e slippers and face mask from Adidas official app and when i received the parcel there were no mask in the parcel so i informed them immediately because i had already paid money . They made me mail a email to their mail address regarding this and told me to wait for maximum 2 working days for a solution to this problem and i waited, now it's been 17th days and i haven't got any solution or response for the same . And i even returned the slippers but they are not initiating refund for that
I urge u to help me get my money back from these scammers
