Adidas — Refund amount is not credited

Its regarding the order which i had placed recently and retuned due to some reason.
I have already filled the refund form and its been more the 20 days and i have not received the refund amount yet.
and i have got the reference number by team adidas and i have shared it with my bank, punjab national bank, but the bank replied there is no amount credited to my account by Adidas.
Now i’m facing inconvenience from the Adidas, help me out in this regard.
