Adidas — Refund

I am an Indian Customer from Bangalore. I ordered a pair of Gazelle Boost shoes from the adidas online store in January 2016. My order number is 21308191. On getting the shoes I realized I don't like the fit, so I returned them back. I emailed the adidas team to refund the amount to my bank account, which they agreed upon. The shoes were returned on Jan 19th, till date my refund is pending. I have send my bank details also a month back. I have written numerous times to the adidas team, and they keep saying we are looking into the matter, but no help. This is pathetic service. I request the concerned department to look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.
