Adidas — Refund for AIN00156103

I placed an order for ADILETTE AQUA SLIDES (order id - AIN[protected] amounting ₹1609 which was delivered to me on 7 november 2021 sunday, but it didn't fit so I eventually returned it with the price tag and box intact the very next day and the company accepted my return on 15 november 2021 and its policy says i’d be refunded within 14 days but there’s been no progress i’ve called many many times they cut the call or tell me to wait but dont send the mail and form so that i can give my bank details for refund. I’ve been calling them for a week and but their staff cut or put the call on hold so i am really tired of this and want my refund to be made as soon as possible so i seek your help.
