I had placed an order no AIN00275188 on 11th Dec 2021 and the same was delivered on 15th Dec 2021 under a 30 days return policy. The size was improper and the shoes were too big. Hence I tried to initiate a return but since delivery partner(Delhivery) did not update delivery, I could not initiate online return. Had to call customer service [protected] and ask for a return and refund. They assured me that return has been initiated and sent me an email on my registered email id. (attached as a trail to this mail). Since then no one has come to pick up the product and I have been calling the customer service everyday for 30 minutes since most of the representatives are working from home with huge technological issues to retrieve my complaint and every day a new person tells me since there is no previous request, he or she is initiating a new request for a pick up and sends me a new mail of confirmation of a reverse pick up. After 30 days of these calls and emails when nothing happened, I asked for the address and sent the shoes back at my expense (pfa courier slip and receipt signed by your warehouse) and sent them an email to just refund my original 2000 Rs. And now their emails are bouncing back and the customer service phone is switched off. I am not aware if adidas has closed down its India business or what is the reason for such a pathetic service. Now shoes and money both are with them. And I am not sure how to get refund. Was this information helpful? |
