I have ordered adidas runfalcon 2.0 shoes on 12 th april and due to size issue i returned them on 14 th april. They told me to wait because they want to do quality check and after that they will provide refund form.when i called them on 17 th april from my side then they provided refund form and i submitted on 17 th april. They are claiming to refund all money in 7-14 working days.
On 27 th april when i called them they told me that their refund policy is now changed and you will receive refund via payU link in your gmail account within 24-48 hrs. And today is 2nd may and i still struggling for refund. please help
