[Resolved]  Adidas — Refund for the returned item

I Placed an order on 30th January 2023 in Adidas online site which was delivered to me on 3rd February 2023.
Due to an issue with the size I raised a return request with Adidas on the same day I received the product.
The order was picked up by the courier partner next day i.e., 04th February 2023.
From then they provided tracking details of my return item and finally the item reached them on 9th february, 2023 on the same day they accepted the return and refund shown in the site. (provided screenshot below).
Since I ordered the item by cash on delivery in site it shows return method also is cash on delivery.
The Average refund repayment time is 7-14 days shows itself in site. I waited for 14 days then put a mail requesting the refund, and they responded with asking my order id and I provided it. But still I haven't got any reply from them. Even I tried to reach them by toll free call but it didn't work as no one picked it.
Ii got this feeling that they really refunds the amount to people or not and is anyone like mine, then I searched and got to know that like me so many here suffered with same problem.
That's y I'm requesting this complaint here.
This is really fault at their end. The item amount I was paid Rs.1840. I was preparing for Civil Police exams that is the reason I ordered Adidas for a pair quality shoes. But that was a bigger amount for a middle class person like me.
I am Kindly requesting you to assist in resolving the issue.
