I have placed the order at Adidas mobile app on April 4th, post that i received the product on 12 April and the product is too large for me, so i returned the product to the team on 14th April..I had received the message that the order has been retuned to the adidas store after two days..Later i called the customer care for the refund and they provided me the link to fill in the bank details and i had filled the same and after that i am waiting for my refund to be credited to my account, but it not happened..Its been almost 2 weeks i received the message that refund of Rs.3200 would be credited..Kindly help me getting the refund please..These kinda behaviour would create a bad reputation for Adidas from the customer side..please help me..
