I am Rohit and I have ordered a jacket from Adidas app on 12th February 2023 with the order Id- AIN02661782 through cash on delivery.
As the size of the jacket was too big so I have returned the product back to Adidas on 18th February 2023. So in order to provide me refund adidas has provided me a refund form to be filed and have filed and submitted to Adidas by 19th February 2023.
Then on 24th I called them regarding the status of the refund and I came to know that my refund has been cancelled by payments team due to technical issue.
Again they said to fill the form on 24th February so I filled it again and waited for 1 more week. Today is the day that is 3rd of March 2023 I called again to customers service of adidas to know my refund status they again said your refund is been declined again by payment teams due to technical error. So again they said to fill the form to get my money back.
This issue is been going from last month and I have not received my refund of 2000 rupees yet.
I would request you to please look into the issue as my money is been stuck from last 1 month and have not received it yet after filling the form 3 times
