I had purchased an item from adidas
And returned it. I received an email saying adidas has sent me Rs.1000 via PayU money but I am not receiving any otp. It's been 10 days and I am not able to receive my money

I have returned one order from Adidas.. Adidas Reclaim utility track pant.The order value was 2999.50.I returned the product because it was not matching the description.

Product was picked up from my place on 6th oct..Returned got completed on 12th oct after passing qc..( I am attaching the screenshot of Adidas order page where it is showing refund is initiated).
As my order was on cod they sent me a PayU money link...

Ordered the Argentine 3 star player version jersey. The amount of 6, 799 got debited but the order was not placed.

I want to state that I have made a return of a shoe on 25th September 2023 which was ordered by me from the official website of Adidas and a mail was sent to me from Adidas stating that the quality Check has been completed on 27th of September 2023. But it's been for than 10 days now, I haven't received neither my refund of Rs. 1349.50 nor any link for refund. I am highly disappointed with the refund policy of Adidas.

I had placed an order for Adidas shoes on 6th Oct, 2023 worth 1979 INR. In my first transaction, I made the payment through debit card and money was deducted from my bank but payment failed and order was not placed. Please find attached screenshot for your reference.

I ordered adidas shoes from adidas.co.in on 05-Sep-2023 Order Number: AIN04241031 and on 11-Sep-2023 I made the return request.

The product was picked up and i received the mail on 14-Sep-2023 that my refund will be provided within 14 days but since my payment was cash on delivery, I called the customer care regarding bank details for which they had not sent me any mail. Even on requesting multiple times on customer care helpdesk and via emails then have not send me the Payment Refund link till now. They are making me chase after them and I am fed up now please help in this regard on priority basis.

I received shoe as a gift from different state and by the time it reached exchange period was already passed, I requested to nearest store to exchange same product for right size, but they didn’t and routed me to customer care, and I approached customer care they told to visit nearest store as they can’t help. There is no one who know how to get this fix and I am just running from store to customer care back and forth.

I had sent multiple emails. Visited store twice and called up your customer care but no help assistance at all. Our money is wasted due to you poor after sales service and employees who doesn’t know what to do to help customers.

Is there anyone in you company who can help?

The worst and worst service I am facing of my life

I ordered samba shoes on 27th August. On 29th August, I was informed that the carrier has lost the package and trying to trace it. After multiple follow ups, I was informed that the package has reached Adidas warehouse in 6th Sept. As of now, they haven’t issued the refund or sent the shoes.

I order a pair of sandals on 31st of July from Adidas website. But on 4th of August, I recieved the product but I got some shoes which are branded as Arbunore. I immediately contacted the customer care service and he have initiated the return pick up immediately. On the same day within a span of 5 hrs I have returned the product to the delivery partner. He have taken the photographs and left. It reached the warehouse on 9th of August and I have been contacting them continuously from then but the answer I get is your case is under investigation and it needs some special permissions. I don't know what type of investigation they need to do for sending a wrong product from their side. Also there is no answer from them when I ask for when will I get my refund. From 9th they are saying it takes 3-4 business days and it's 22nd of aug. I kindly request to take note of this issue.

My order number is AIN03658356 was delivered on 3rd August 2023, amount is Rs. 3599. This order is cash on delivery. Just because size is too large return is requested on adidas app on 4th of august 2023. Next day, on 5th of august 2023 item was picked up from my doorstep by blue dart delivery person. But till now I didn't get any confirmation mail as well as refund. I raised complaint also but I didn't get any reply by concerning team. As it is more than 2 days, I didn't get any refund. Please provide proper detail related to refund how can I get whether in app wallet ( in app there is no wallet kind of thing ) or bank account (no mail related to bank details).

Since the order was cash on delivery, I was suppose to get a Pay U Link, which I have not received till date. Courier partner Blue Dart sending wrong messages that customer not available. Wherein customer is at the address. 24*7. Spoke to customer care but 6 personnel unable to give answer or reply. Team is solving till date with no reply.

I had ordered my product on 15th July 2023 and was supposed to get delivered on within 6-7 days but due to my personal mistakes, i could not receive the order despite courier boy calling me several times. Now ofd lock has been applied to the product. Please help me in delivering my order as soon as possible.

Bought ortho sole shoes last month from adidas store, i am facing heat issues, whenever i wear the shoes, feel very hot inside, which i never faced earlier with other adidas shoes.

I placed a order of a shoe worth 13799 in adidas but when i completed the transaction it showed a error and but the amount was deducted from my bank account and it confirmed with a sms stating a amount of 13799 is deducted from the account and is sent to adidas

Once again, I'm writing this email with a heavy heart. This is regarding the poor product shoe quality of the adidas shoes. I recently exchanged my Adidas shoes by paying an extra amount and this time I bought ULTRABOOST LIGHT SHOES 23 at the price of INR 18999/- and again the same result. The white foam came out from the shoe sole from multiple places and shoe is not at all good at comfort level. Surprisingly, I haven't used these shoes for running yet, I only used this pair just for normal day to day routine and the result is really so bad. Trust me, I don't understand what to say now, this is my 3rd pair of shoes in the last 2 months and I am really pissed off by sending emails again and again to raise concerns and behaviour of the complaint team of adidas specially Miss Bhawna, she dont even know how to speak.

Please look into this matter and request immediate action. Do refund my money back because I am not interested in exchange at all now. The product and the PR of adidas team is really pathetic, dont even wanna use their product at any cost. Pls help getting my money back from these frauds.
