I ordered shoes online from adidas.co.in on 29th Oct 2022 at 2:32 am. The price was Rs 1920/-.
I used a debit card for paying but after payment, it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was refused. Please try again using an alternative card or payment method."
My order was not placed and the payment failed yet there was a deduction of money from my bank account....

Adidas — Payment refund

I have placed order for Adidas shoes from Adidas website. I have done payment via debit card . Order was not placed but amount 1402 rs was debited from my account. I have placed order on 24 oct even today on 27 oct I have not received my money back....

Ihave returned my order on 15 october and it reached the warehouse on 18 but they say quality check is not done and they are not refunded the money it has been 11 days today is 26 october they still say the quality check is not done and not providing any information about the refund

    I have returned my adidas order on 15 October and it has been 11 days I still not get my refund kindly look into the matter they making silly accuses

      I ordered shoes from adidas, order number AIN01352735 worth 1999 rs on 28th august 2022, which got delivered in less than 2 days, due to size issue I returned it and it got picked on 12th september and reached their warehouse on 17th september and I even received text message and email that they have recieved the shoes and will initiate refund after quality check, after 2 weeks I received email asking my bank details and was told that I will received refund in 3-14 days but again on 10th october I received mail that quality check has not been updated so I should give them 4 days, I waited for a week, did multiple calls and emails, they are just giving time and time and sometimes they don't even reply, it's been 40 days since my shoes reached their warehouse and I haven't received refund

        Sir my order no AIN01950864 was returned due to sizefit issue, its been 15 days and they havent contacted me for my bank details please help me out in this regard....

        I placed an online order on 24 th october on adidas.co.in's site.I entered my card details and I submitted the otp as well.The amount has been debited from my account but when the payment gateway redirected to the adidas' site, it intimated me that the payment was failed/refused and hence the order couldn't be placed.I haven't got the refund yet as well.Please look into this issue at the earliest and initiate my refund.

        Bought a Adidas Mens 21 Ndr V2 Shoes ON July 13th 2022 from Adidas online and the shoe eye hole got torn with in 3 to 4 months o[censored]se. This epuld be hardly 20 game days only. Adidas as usual is citing the 3 month manufacturing warranty term and denying the claim. What's pathetic is a consumer company selling shoe giving 3 month warranty on manufacturing, which shows the quality of products they make. Adidas should refund me in this case....

        I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed on the website and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

        I bought adidas terrex sandals fron ADIDAS SHOWROOM Janpath Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 10th July 2022 worth Rs.6000 .But after two month the lower part of sandals deattatched from sandal. I tried to contact SHOWROOM but the given wrong mobile no in Online.So I couldn't contact them.I am staying 300km distance from SHOWROOM.So it is not easy to go there and contact them regarding this issue.

        I was trying to place an order for a product on[protected], an amount of 4, 420 rupees got debited from my account 2 times, which is a total of 8, 840 rupees and i can't see any order that got placed in regards to this amount in the orders section of adidas website. please rectify this issue and refund me at the earliest.

        I ordered shoe online from adidas.co.in on 17th Oct 2022 11.38pm. Price was Rs 1632/-.
        Payment failed promoted yet there was an SMS from Canada bank regarding amount debit at same time.
        So payment failed yet there was deduction of money from bank account....

        Adidas — I am complaining about the Adidas refund issue.

        I ordered 3 t-shirts of adidas on 26th September 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days. Also got email mentioning that the return has been completed and the money will be credited within 14 days on 7th October 2022. Since I had paid by method of COD, I should have already received an email asking for my bank details but no email as such till...

        I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed/ error on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.
