[Resolved]  Adidas — Refund not performed

I made a purchase of Rs 1000 from ADIDAS's app on 7 August 22 (7/8/22) through Cash on Delivery and received the parcel the following week. However, the item was a little too big on me so I immediately filed a return request. The item was picked up few days later, which was confirmed by a mail stating that the refund money will be initiated after quality check.
It's been almost a month now and there has been no further intimation.

They finally sent me a mail 2 days ago on 13/9/22 asking for my bank details and the money was refunded on 15/9/22.
