I had ordered shoes from your website and returned it due to size issues.
I had placed an order on October 17th and gave the return request on Oct 20th. The shoes were returned in a proper state and I received a text that my payment is being processed on November 3rd promising that i will receive my payment in 7 days, yet its been more than 3 months and I haven't received my payment. I had made multiple calls on your customer care, spoke to a different person every time and each person promised different things and many a times I've just been left on hold over the call and the person never came back.
