[Resolved] Adidas — Refund not received for a COD order.

This is regarding order #AIN00830723. I placed an order on 29/05/22 for a pair of three shoes, one of which I returned. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The personnel received the product on 03/06/22 and I got a mail stating that refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details. After much deliberation, they sent me a link after 10 days (on 13/06/2022) for uploading my bank details. Till date (29/06/2022), the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹2192.57. Was this information helpful? No (3) Yes (35)

Hello bro have you got the refund amount?? The same issue happened to me too, also i didnt add my bank details too as the order was on cod

Hello bro have u got ur refund. The same issue happen to me . My product have already reached the warehouse but they didn't asked me for any bank details
