Ordered 3 pair of shoes and returned it on 21st of April order number is AIN00686598
and pickup AWB number was [protected]
I filled refund form twice and more then 4 plus calls to customer care but till date I didn't get refund.
Delivery boy delivered the shoes and I received it i tried and feel uncomfortable .but I don't know about the technical issue at my account shoes was showing undelivered so I called customer care to make a return.
they created it manually and a person picked my 3 pair of shoes and I got confirmation from customer care that shoes reached at warehouse on 26th April.
on 29 april i called customer care and filled refund form but not get any refund so i again called at 14th of May they send me new refund form and they told me that in 1st refund form order number was missing but i have a screenshot that nothing was missing from the form .more then 20 calls 10 plus emails. Till date no refund and you guys claiming for 14 days refund deadline
