Adidas — Refund of amount

I palced order no. AIN00721438 on 25 april 2022 . After few days on 4 th may the return was completed for which i was emaild . Since that taht time i have been continuously calling their customer care to ask where to send the bank details for refund but they never puck up the phone. When i mailed them on the address mentioned on their site, it shows failure delivery. please help me i want my money back.
