Dear Sir/ madam
This is with respect to my order ID : Order Number: AIN00597532 in the name of RITESH SEHGAL with registered mobile number as [protected] for which already i had submitted the mail for the return of the items as the items received by me are in FAULTY CONDITION and the same is accepted by your team and they have also initiated the refund of approx Rs 2500/- for which i received the mail on 29.06.2022 which states that the refund shall be processed within 15days
Unfortunately it is very sad that I still don't receive any refund amount till date despite repeated reminders to you telephonically on your customer care and also despite giving my BANK DETAILS for so many times as asked by your executive .
This is really frustrating for me that such a Big company renewed Worldwide is not been able to process my refund of Rs 2500/- for which i have already submitted bank details and contacted them for more than 10 times on their customer care number and everytime it has been assured by the customer care executive that you will get the refund within 14 working days or you will get a call from our seniors, but once again very sad to say that i didn't get any call from your senior executives nor i got my refund amount back, During my last call which was around 15 days back i will also assured that we will be crediting a voucher of Rs 1000/- in your mail as compensation and you will get the return in 14 working days . but i didn't get any of the above
You are once again requested that this ADIDAS is making me frustrated and you are requested to please return my refund amount in my bank account or provide me the a handsome amount of voucher which includes HARASSMENT compensation which is caused to me by ADIDAS
