I have ordered Adidas shoes with payment mode COD & refund was initiated on 25th Aug 2022, but till date not get refund

There Bank Form is not getting opened, I have sent them Cancel PDC details Twice on 29 Aug, 31Aug & 5 Sep but they are not confirming the status

Kindly confirm When I will get my refund
