[Resolved] Adidas — Refund still not received after complaint already registered.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order from Adidas. On 2nd February 2023, I had purchased a pair of running shoes from the Adidas website with order number AIN02616821. The shoes were delivered to me on 6th February 2023. However, upon trying them on, I realized that they were of the wrong size and therefore, I immediately applied for a return.
On 9th February 2023, the return was successfully processed, and I received a credit note via email from Adidas. However, I did not receive any form for filling my bank details. I contacted Adidas' customer service on 24th February 2023, and they sent me a form for filling my bank details.
After submitting the form, I was told that my refund would be credited within 2-3 days. However, it has been over two weeks, and I have not received my refund yet. I have contacted Adidas' customer service multiple times, and they keep giving excuses and saying that they are looking into the matter.
I would like to bring to your attention that this delay in refund is causing me a lot of inconvenience and financial strain. I would request you to look into this matter and ensure that my refund is credited to my bank account at the earliest. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation and credit note for your reference.

After complaining here. My refund came within 2 days. It is working.
