Adidas — Regarding The refund of my returned product

I ordered a pair of Adidas Eezay 2019M on 5 May 2022, 10:30 PM.I recieved my product on 9 May 2022, 03:00 PM the product did not fit me it was too small.So i returned the product on same day and the courier service picked upon the order on 11 May 2022 and i havent still got my refund and even the helpline number which is in the app is useless because they do not even pickup the call.Its nearly been 2 weeks and i need my refund as soon as posssible

Updated by Srinath872004 After nearly two months i got the refund form today.I called the customer service and waited for like 10 solid minutes and finally a guy answered and i explained the issue and he sent me the below attached form to my email
