I had bought a shoes from adidas but due to some issue had to return the order. I placed return request on 15th june 2022 ans it got picked up from my home on 17th june 2022. I got a message from adidas saying that the quality check has been done and we have initiated your refund this message I received on 20th june 2022.
Since it was cash on delivery i had paid the courier agency (bluedart) through credit card. Adidas has not yet asked for my account details or bank details for the transfer. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service through call and email for nothing is functional. Its been 10 days since the order has been picked and 7 days since they have said we have processed your refund.
Please look into this matter and help me with the refund.
