Adidas — Taking long time to replace defective shoe in warranty | |||||
Sir I purchased new adidas sports shoes on[protected]. After 3 days I found that sole is defective which caused infection in my toe. I lodged the complain on[protected] on their site [protected]@adidas.com . but they are not responding properly and take 7 days to reply the mail and this happens for every mail I do to them. Their toll free no. Department has no power to address customer problem. Now its already 1 month but I didn't get the shoes replaced. Every time I call them on toll free number they ask me to wait.they don't provide any contact details who can address my problem directly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
