refund by adidas on 05/12/2021 with reference number given. but nothing received (17/12/2021).
seriously adidas unable to provide the refund receipt to customer?
how do i know adidas does't bank in to the wrong customer or wrong accout? or really DID?
it was very disappointed for the reply for 'no receipt for the refund'
i demand a receipt of refund to me. Not just reference number or invoice.
Receipt would make everything smooth and easier without me to double comfirm in between bank and adidas day to day.
sincerly i hope the relevant team can verify and rectify my concern again as soon as possible.
