Adidas — Waiting for refund

The process started on the 01-09-21 when i return a basketball jersey.
On the 21-10-21 I request again with this mail:

17 days pass by and no sign of the refund in my bank

After these series of conversations they came with the other version of the CANCELLED CHEQUE SNAPSHOT.
I send it them on the 16-12-21 and since then, NOT A WORD.
I HAVE SEND THEM EMAILS ON THE 16-12-21, 20-12, 22-12, 23-12, 30-12-21 AND 11-01-22
WITH THE REQUESTED cancelled cheque snapshot, THAT FOR OBVIOUS REASONS I DON'T INCLUDE HERE.
