After these series of conversations they came with the other version of the CANCELLED CHEQUE SNAPSHOT.
I send it them on the 16-12-21 and since then, NOT A WORD.
I HAVE SEND THEM EMAILS ON THE 16-12-21, 20-12, 22-12, 23-12, 30-12-21 AND 11-01-22
WITH THE REQUESTED cancelled cheque snapshot, THAT FOR OBVIOUS REASONS I DON'T INCLUDE HERE.
