Adidas — Wrong product delivered

I ordered on 25 jan and received on 27 but when I opened package it was tshirt since 20 days but Adidas india is not helping me out everytime they just told me we will pick up order in 24 to 48 hours ! Its been 20 days

Kindly replace my product or return my product and provide me refund or replacement
