Aditya Birla Finance Limited — collection team using abusive language when i am asking a valid question.

Hi,
I had requested a settlement from aditya birla group because after making 14 continues payment i am not in the situation now to pay emi. They helped me with a settlement offer for 180000 in 6 parts. I asked for the settlement letter. They have provided me a letter saying that settlement is approve for 180000 letter is valid till 31st may 2019. I have received this letter on 31st may 2019 at 2 pm ist. I requested to rectify the letter stating that date mentioned is incorrect. The representative started abusing her name is sapna from vileparle branch. I also spoke to her senior firoz. He has threatened me saying make the payment today or else i will make sure nobody will help u with this and u will have to pay the entire amount. I had informed that i m ready to pay but i need a appropriate letter. He hung up and the again this girl name sapna called nd started abusing. Because of some people the entire companies reputation has gone. Need help because these people are mentally harrasing. They are torturing.
