I did the foreclosure payment on last Sunday I.e, on 30th October 2018 towards personal loan through paytm has been instructed via email and I replied to that email along with payment screen shot but I don't see any response from past 5 days to my query. Here, again the instalment amount has deducted even after making payment. I don't know to whom I need to reach out because customer executive doesn't have proper knowledge and they are not really helpful.

Can anyone look into this.
