[Resolved]  Aditya Birla Money — Regarding Paytm Postpaid account closure and providing NOC to Cibil

I have made multiple requests regarding my Paytm postpaid account closure since the past 2 but despite many emails to Aditya Birla and request My postpaid account has not been closed. I have also sent multiple requests in Paytm but they have not closed my account.

My postpaid account has no dues to be paid. Despite multiple requests for account closure Aditya Birla and paytm has not closed my account.

Kindly immediately close my account on urgent basis and provide NOC to CIBIL.

There is complete denial of services to me and if my Postpaid account is not closed immediately i will file complaint in consumer court.

Its been 2 months and there is no resolution of my issue. There is no email reply, no response, nothing from this company or Paytm Please Immediately close my account and provide Noc to CIBIL otherwise i will approach consumer court and file a complaint for denial of services.
