IMMEDIATELY & URGENTLY CORRECT THE WRONGLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENT in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX & CRIF CICs for Loan a/c. LXW-M[protected] for OCTOBER 2022, else next I will be escalating complaint to RBI OMBUDSMAN via CMS portal.
ABFL WRONGLY reported the payment as late by 28 days for the month of October '22, FOR THE SECOND TIME in a year's time.
NOT a single payment was made after the due date till date, towards Loan a/c. LXW-M[protected]. On what grounds & why have you reported the October '22 payment as late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX !!!???
ABFL & OLA POSTPAID are both Disrespecting, Disregarding & Flouting RBI norms.
Also, this is an urgent bureau correction request & NOT just the 'normal monthly' bureau reporting, so better NOT say the robotic line "45 days your CIBIL will be updated". - CORRECTION in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX & CRIF needs to be done IMMEDIATELY.
I have also disputed this in the CIBIL portal, so ABFL please correct & REMOVE the late payment from all credit bureaus Immediately Else I will ESCALATE it next to RBI OMBUDSMAN CMS.
I know your team can make CIBIL correction in real time & send the OLM's to other bureaus for a quick correction, so REMOVE the "28" from the October DPD section in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX & CRIF and make it "0". Also ensure DPD is "0' for all months as I have never been late with payments.
So, if you do NOT correct this I am am going to RBI OMBUDSMAN through CMS Portal for causing me so much mental harassment for the second time in 1 year.
