Having refreshed my CIBIL report on 22.02.2022 to MY UTTER SHOCK, HORROR & DISGUST, I found out that ABFL have ADDED BACK THE WRONGLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENT & DPD FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2021 for Ola PostPaid+ account LXW-M[protected] in CIBIL & OTHER BUREAUS.
I do NOT understand how & why & who ADDED BACK that WRONGLY & WRONGFULLY reported Late payment for the month of October 2021 for Ola PP+ with such great callousness to trash someone’s credit history with absolutely NO regards for the implication it might cause, that too only after a month it was removed & corrected from CIBIL & other bureaus after weeks of sending proof & mails & tweets that I never made 1 single payment late to Ola !!
It took SO LONG & 100's of emails, tweets & sending proofs time & again, proving I made all my payments ON TIME for the Ola postpaid account LXW-M[protected] & only then the DPD of 28 days and the late payment was removed only about a month back & you guys added it back again !!!????? What the hell is this ?
WHY WAS THIS DONE & BY WHO for What ?
I am really shocked at the highly unprofessional dealing of CIBIL & OTHER BUREAU REPORTING both at the end of OLA PP+ & ABFL … It is appalling how someone has to go through chasing a big corporation like yours to rectify something over and over again that shouldn’t have been in the first place !!
How many times will you guys be harassing me like this !! This is sheer mental harrasemnt & torture even FATER MAKING EVRY SINGLE PAYMENT ON-TIME !!
ALL THE 4 credit bureaus CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX have been updated with this gross wrong information that I was late with my payment by 28 days for the month of OCTOBER which is false & untrue !!
So this was corrected only a month back & you guys have undone that added the late payment & DPD of "28" back for the month of October 2021 !!????? Why ?????
Why & for what reason did ABFL add back the late payment that was removed after spending so much time & energy & sending all proof that never was any payment made late to Ola PP+ ?????
I DEMAND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF THIS LATE PAYMENT & CORRECTION OF THE DPD ALONG WITH A CALL BACK FROM YOUR HIGHEST AUTHORITY EXPLAINING WHY AM I BEING HARASSED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE & an APOLOGY FOR THE SAME !!
