Advaith Motors — false information given to the customer and staff charged extra amount while buying the vehicle

While buying our i20 elite sports the loan was processed by advaith hundai dealers where they said that the amount was 810000. So from bank they got 805000 and rest 5000 was the processing fee taken by the bank. Whereas when i got my loan welcome kit the amount mentioned in document was 816000 which was hidden to us. Now i have question on my 11000 amount and have no clue where that amount went.
