I gave my Grand i10 Diesel for repair on 6th of Sept as Oil sump was hit and it had to go for replacement. I was not informed properly about the progress of work. Next week I called up and was told work is stopped due to bandh in Karnataka, it will resume tomorrow but no calls no messages about the progress. Then I went to the Garage (Advaith Hyundai, Bellandur, Outer Ring Road) and asked about the process. Then to my surprise I was told that vehicle needs overhaling and it will cost 50k then I told ok do it. But then I was told parts are not there it will take time. Today its 20 Sept and I have already given 25k as advance and still work has not started. Hyundai please look into this and resolve this as soon as possible as its already 2weeks. Or provide me a new vehicle or replacement vehicle.
