I would like to bring to your notice that, i recently done my new verna ka 51 md 1820 for general servicing in advaith hyundai outer ring road, bangalore. After the vehicle was delivered, i noticed that the complains were not been taken care and the servicing is done as per the advisor's choice but not as per the customer's complaints. I'm servicing my car in this service station from past 5.5 yrs i. E since the day i bought my car, but its quite disappointing to see it getting worse every time. I have recommended this place for servicing to all my friends due to their exceptional service before but i won't be doing it any further due to their negligence in providing the proper servicing and bad response to the complaints.
This has completely spoiled the reputation of servicing at advaith hyundai due to my bad experience in the past 3 services and made me regretting for making a wrong choice of dropping my car for servicing at the same place again and again hoping that i would get a better response every time.
I hope you to look into this issue seriously since this might be the case with other customers as well.
