I got wrong commitment by the manager (Srinath fleet manager) before submitting the booking amount. Once i have given the booking amount of 5000 their job finished. I was only followed with them for updates and they don't even bother to come my place to share the information. When i told them that you committed something then they were shouting and telling that we don't do any wrong commitment and your blaming to us because they know that i can't go anywhere because i have booked the vehicle and if i cancel it i will not get that money refunded.
This is manager behavior and if manager only speak like non sense then we can not believe on their subordinates
