Ab bola hai ki paise bapas ke liye 7500 aur pay karo tab return policy access hogi .ye kaun si return policy hai..mai request krta hu ki aise company ke khilaf turant action Liya jaye taki aage bahut logo ke saath galat hone se bachaya jaye.

I have also launch a FIR about it at New Delhi CBI but I return the complaint bcoz the adviserstreet manager promising me to Return the money ..but now he requested please credit rs.7500 more for the process of refund. Now I am again launching a Legal FIR to this company and below employees.

I have proof that the all below members cheaters .I have all the call recording..

I would like to bring to your notice how i became victim by getting your advice

On june 13th june 2018:

1. I got a call from pravat jain (Mob : [protected]) from adviserstreet and he inquired about my work in share market. Then he introduced that we are into research firm and make profit in the market. Then he told me to do intraday trading for more profit. Then i agreed to do but i informed clearly that i do not have knowledge on intraday trading and he told me to guide on this. Then he told me to pay the charges of rs 7500.00, however i told him give me the profit, then i would pay you.

2. On same day he told me to purchase 1000 share of glenmark pharmaceuti company. When it got losses then he told me to pay rs 7500.00 and losses will be recover. Then i paid the rs 7500 through to adviserstreet (Invoice is attached). Then i got call from anirudh sethi, he charged me 25k for loss recovery.

3. Finally at the end of the day (Very first day) i got rs 23870.45loss.

4. Then he told me that he would recover the loss on next day. Then i trusted his word and agreed to do on next day.

On june 14th june 2018:

1. He ask me to share me my client id and password, then i shared my client and password (Screen shot is attached) as i do not have much knowledge on this. He said that he is going to do trading and will give me very good profit. He did the trading on list of the companies (In attached contact note document), i did not get profit also and also not getting my permission he sold my long term holding 83 shares (That i had invested on jsw steel in the month of april).

2. Finally at the end of the day (Very next day) i got rs 20150.7717 loss. Attaching contract note cum tax invoice.

3. Then i decided not to do any trading and stay away from this activities. But he again told me to give one last chance to recover the loss.

On june 15th june 2018:

1. Then he called me and told me to buy 2000 share of glenmark pharmaceuti and 800 share of reliance. He took my user id and password and did not guide me on this.

2. Finally at the end of the day (Very3rd day) i got loss of rs 18644.71

If you i calculate including broker change and your changes, almost i lost 80 thousand rupees with in 3days.

Unfortunately i became victim by losing almost 80 thousand rupees by your bad advice.

Fraud company, they give you profit for 1 day trail period and then they start thesis process to take out money from you. They will try to dominate you and ask you to deposit money that time itself. Don't let your greediness come out i gained around 25000 but at last when i calculated i lost 15000.
I spoke to the manish they started using bad words.

The above co salesman sachin mobile no [protected], [protected] called me on 2nd may 2018 and told me about the co way of doing business and giving assured return on money invested thru demat account in the share market.

Initially i paid rs 5000 for registration, next rs 20000, then 95000+ 21600 (Gst 18%) to the co. Against the assurance that the co will invest my money into shares thru fund manager of the co.

I transfferd 40000 into my demat account which was lost by the co in intraday trades. They didin;t provide me free trial.

Kindly arrange to refund my hard earned money, i am very tense and planning to file the complaint with the sebi also.

The adviser street is a company / firm dealing in share market securities. It provides consultancy service for the buying and selling of shares and charge fee for the same.

I got a call from their executive mr. Sanjay by mobile no. [protected] on 5th day of march 2018, the executive asked me to pay only nominal amount of rs.2000/- in starting, out rs.25000/- service charges for one year, so that he will be able to provide me calls (I. E. Buying and selling calls) and i will have to pay balance after earning 40000 to 45000 profit.

I paid rs.2000/- on[protected] by my credit card via payumoney payment portal (Attached herewith the statement of credit card for your reference).
Just after payment of rs.2000/-, i again got a call from accounts department of adviser street and asked for rs.3000/- more payment otherwise rs.2000/- will be waste.

Thereafter, i received a call from mr. Sanjay, accepted his mistake and said for paying rs.3000/- more otherwise my earlier payment rs.2000/- will be waste. He again promise me for providing call for recovery of about 40-45 thousands. Hence, i paid rs.3000/- though above said mode of payment. (Total amount paid till now rs.5000/-).

Thereafter, i received another call from accounts department that i got win a coupon and i will have to pay only rs.10, 000/- instead of 20, 000/- balance, for subscribing one year service. Moreover, i will also received 4 welcome calls on which i can earn high profits. When i denied to pay any amount they keep fighting with me on phone and bullied for stopping existing service also. Again i received a call from their senior and mr. Sanjay promised for recovery of my loss occurred due to their wrong calls and asked for payment of 5000/- more and said that no one from his company will ask for a single penny now. (Total amount paid till now rs.10, 000).

After payment of 5000/-, i again received a call from accounts department for balance 5000/-. And finally again i received call from mr. Sanjay for his apology and regretted for his wrong communication and hence i paid rs.5000/- (Total amount paid till now rs.15000/-).

After payment of complete amount of one year service, they provided me loss making calls for two days, and then ask for paying rs.7000/- more for generating risk profile (I. E. To purchase their another product) otherwise i will keep occurring loss like that. When i asked that these terms were not clear at the starting, they start fighting with me and bullied to stop existing service also, if i will not buy second service.

Meanwhile received a call from their senior and promised for taking action against their staff and provide me good services, if i will take my compliant back.

After above calls, all the communications has been stopped from the adviser street. Moreover, for few days they stopped sending their regular messages but when i warned them for initiating criminal proceeding against owner as it was clear cut case of cyber fraud. They sent a apology message and restarted the service.

Now my concerns are:

1. They have taken money from me by doing fraudulent promises i. E. Rs.15, 000/-. Hence, i want my money back.

2. All the promise they did are in recorded conversation, hence these all promises are binding on the adviser street under section 9 of indian contract act, 1872. Therefore, they shall pay a compensation for breach of contract of rs.2, 00, 000/- for the following promises:
A. That i will have good profit out of calls they will provide me.
B. That i will received 4 welcome call where i can book good profit.
C. That they will not ask any single penny after above said payment of rs.15000/- still asked for more payment of rs.7000/- for buying an additional services.

3. I have occurred loss about rs.10, 000/- (Approx) due to their fraudulent marketing strategies. Hence, compensation of such loss shall be provided by adviser street.

4. I am a middle class person & ca-final student, and having exam due from 1st may 2018 but not giving exam as i was expecting to take 2 subject coaching recently added in my curriculum, but the money is snatched by adviser street fraudulently. Hence, i am having to leave exams and need compensation of harassment of rs.3, 00, 000/-.

5. As i belongs to finance field, i was interested to know about share market, hence framed by these fraudsters and broken my belief of humanity and market activates. Moreover, they made my productive time wastefully by their stupid acts of fighting with me in office hours. Hence i need compensation of rs.1, 00, 000/- for the above un-ethical behavior and miscommunication.
Total amount of claim: rs.6, 25, 000/-

Request to statutory authorities:

Kindly take strict action against these fraudsters to safeguard small investor of the market not having good knowledge of these frauds.

I have call recoding of each and every conversation with adviser street, hence please provide me address to send the audio clips of such recoding.

As a customer i requested for 3 days trial. I was satisfied with trail but requested for part payment of fees for subscription.
Mr kuldeep singh (Sales executive) behaved illly and said take chiller and buy sweets.
Afterall warning, he was contine sending messages and said that u r deversing super flop service.
I warned team of adviser street about police complain, if they will not take action against mr kuldeep.
But service department said that they will not take any action.

During the payment paying time his customer help desk was calling again to again for his payment and i have been paid total amount rs=70000/- to the above said company. I am great surprise after last my cumulative paid amount rs= 70000/- (Seventy thousand) when i called to the above company he is not giving any respond since 2 months. Which is totally financial violence.
Therefore i request you to please recover my money from the above said company ei = paid amount 70000+ losses amount through share trading rs =80000/- total recovery amount =rupees (1.50 lacks). I shall be highly oblige you for it. And i hope that you will do the needful.

मै दीपक आप सभी का शुभचिंतक आप सभी को अवगत करना चाहता हु की adviser street नाम की इंदौर की investment advisery company लोगो को अपने जाल में फसाकर नामांकन (रजिस्ट्रेशन) के नाम पर लोगो से पैसे वसूल करती है और लोग उसमे बुरी तरह से फस जाते है यह सब कैसे होता है मै विस्तार से समझाता हु जिसका की मै भी शिकार हुआ हु.

मुझे सबसे पहले मनीष तिवारी (मोबाइल नंबर [protected]) जो की खुद को adviser street में financial adviser बताता था उसका कॉल आया और मुझे बताया गया की उनकी कंपनी सेबी (Sebi) रजिस्टर्ड है आप हमारे कंपनी में सिर्फ 5, 000 रुपये देकर रजिस्ट्रेशन कीजिये हम आपको अगले एक महीने तक शेयर मार्किट में प्रॉफिट करवाकर देंगे फिर एक महीने बाद 20, 000 रुपये fees जमा करने के बाद पुरे साल भर के लिए मुफ्त में सर्विस देंगे. इस वजह से मैंने 5, 000 रुपये देकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया फिर दुसरे दिन मुझे कॉल आया की मुझे प्रोमो कोड मिला है जिससे की मुझे साल भर के सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए 10, 000 रुपये माफ़ कर दिए गए थे अब मुझे सिर्फ 10, 000 रुपये ही भरना था इसलिए मैंने साल भर मुफ्त के चक्कर में बाकि 10, 000 रुपये भी भर दिए. फिर तीसरे दिन मनीष तिवारी का कॉल आया और मुझे बताया गया की रिस्क प्रोफायालिंग के लिए मुझे फिरसे 10, 000 रुपये भरने पड़ेगे मैंने वो भी 10, 000 रुपये भर दिए अभीतक मैंने कुल 25, 000 रूपये रजिस्ट्रेशन के नाम पर दे दिए थे.
अगले दिन मुझे मनीष तिवारी ने शेयर मार्किट में ट्रेडिंग के लिए स्टॉप लॉस के बगैर एक कॉल दी और वो कॉल पूरी 45, 000 रूपये का नुकसान कर गई. मैंने फिर मनीष तिवारी को नुकसान के बारे में कॉल किया तो उन्होंने बोला की आपको heising प्रोफाइल बनाना पड़ेगा जिससे की मेरा नुकसान वापस मिल जायेगा. इतना नुकसान देखकर मै डर गया तो मैंने heising डिपार्टमेंट कॉल किया तो वहा पर मेरी विवेक द्विवेदी (मोबाइल नंबर [protected]) से बात हुई तो उन्होंने बताया की मुझे 12, 500 रुपये देकर heasing प्रोफाइल बनाना पड़ेगा. मैंने फिर 12, 500 रुपये ऑनलाइन जमा कर दिए जैसे ही मैंने पैसे जमा किये मुझे फिर विवेक द्विवेदी का कॉल आया की मैंने 12, 500 रुपये गलत भर दिए है उसकी जगह मुझे 12, 700 रुपये जमा करना था तो मैंने कहा की कोई बात नहीं फिरसे मई 200 रुपये भेज देता हु तो द्विवेदी बोला की मुझे फिरसे 12, 700 रुपये ही जमा करने पड़ेगे नहीं तो कंप्यूटर स्वीकार नहीं करेगा इस बात की कंप्लेंट मैंने विनोद बंसल (मोबाइल नंबर [protected]) जो की कस्टमर केयर रिलेशनशिप मेनेजर था से की तो उन्होंने भी मुझे कहा की मुझे 12, 700 रुपये ही भरने पड़ेंगे तो मैंने फिर से 12, 700 रुपये भर दिए अभीतक मैं 5, 000+10, 000+10, 000+12, 500+12, 700 कुल 50, 200 रुपये रजिस्ट्रेशन के नाम पर दे चूका था फिर मुझे सर्विस डिपार्टमेंट से आदित्य कुमार का कॉल आया और बताया गया की हमारे पास 50, 200 रुपये की कोई सर्विस नहीं है इसलिए 75, 000 रुपये फिर से देने पड़ेंगे तब मेरे नाम पर 1, 25, 000 रुपये की सर्विस activate की जाएगी अब तो मेरा दिमाग ख़राब हो गया और मैंने सोच लिया की अब एक भी पैसा नहीं देंगे और इनको सबक सिखायेंगे.
दोस्तों मेरा इतना कुछ लिखने का मकसद यह है की adviseer street एक बोगस कंपनी है और कस्टमर को लुटाने के लिए इन्होने एक चैन बनाई है जोकि अलग अलग fees इकट्टा करती है जैसे की मेरे पास से वसूले गए है इसलिए आप सभी से निवेदन है की आप सभी लोग अलर्ट हो जाइये और इस कंपनी में अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन न करे. इसके साथ ही मैंने sebi को भी इस कंपनी को ब्लैक लिस्टेड करने के लिए मेल किया है मेरे पास पेमेंट की स्लिप भी है वो भी मैंने sebi को भेजी है अब दो दिन बाद वकील से बात करके मै इस कंपनी के खिलाफ कोर्ट में भी केस फाइल करूँगा ताकि मनीष तिवारी, विवेक द्विवेदी, विनोद बंसल और आदित्य कुमार जैसे लोग लोगो को लुटाना बंद करे. अगर आपको मेरे पास से और जानकारी चाहिए तो मेरा कांटेक्ट नंबर है [protected] आप इस नंबर पर कभी भी कांटेक्ट कर सकते है या फिर मेसेज कर सकते है.

Adviser Street, cheat me through his representative Manish pandey code-059.Do not provide me free trial.Now after activation said under company policy cannot be refunded.When i read Company policy said every one will be provided 2 days free trial & after joining cannot refund.My question is why not gives me free trial.Why blackmail me for extra money.Not giving service nor refund.At the time of joining told me that after joining within 2 days i can opt for refund in case of dissatisfaction and now said after joining they are not able to refund according to company refund policy.My question is that when in company refund policy clearly mention that every person get two days free trial & then they join.Why not free trial provided me on my demand.Why blackmailing me for more money on the name o[censored]p gradation & extension of service.I reject to give money because of cheat, misbehavior & failure in service.Now, i request you to please take proper action a file a suit of cheating on the company.This types of company continuously make fool to the people.They assured me that in 50000/- investment in share market i atleast makes 20000/- per month.Now said they are not responsible for any loss which is arise on trade on his call.And if i pay extra money then i will go into profit because they provide me telephonic support.
