[Resolved]  Aegis Bpo — name correction issue impacting pf withdrawal

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i was working with your organisation for 4 years and 6 months in bhopal location and after separation from the organisation i submitted my provident fund form at 8th june 2017. But still my provident is not get released and when i asked with the responsible person who is taking care of provident fund mr. Sanjay gaur on behalf of aegis ltd. He respond me that your provident form is got rejected due to the process got changed now all provident fund process is converted from manually to online.
But while processing online i am getting error that the name you entered is incorrect due to the incorrect name is registered by aegis ltd. Before separation form aegis ltd i take multiple follow ups for the name correction
But they ensured me that it will not make any impact in your pf withdrawal. After rejection of pf withdrawal form i again asked for the name changing process status instead of providing me resolution
Mr. Sanjay gour (Asst manager hr department) respond me that we will not do anything for this you may change your name in your all legal documents. It means i have to change my identity for withdrawal of this provident fund. Request you to please take an appropriate action against this issue.

Dear Team, We don't know what is the process have been followed by the company, however where I have asked them about my concern than they have told me that "you have to change the name in your adhare card or pan card", we cannot help you about this concern. However they have informed me that they have sent the name correction form to the PF team however no update found from their side. They did not given any rejected documents and told me that we can not help you, please do the process online. Requesting to you please help me ASAP. Dear Team,

I have contact with MR. Sanjay Gour who is taking care of PF withdrawal process on behalf of aegis LTD ( BHOPAL ). All the think are in verbal conversation there is no emails regarding this issue due to they ensured me there is no email required from my end. but now there are denying from there commitment and trying to get rid of my concern.I am taking continues follow ups but issue still not get resolved.Request you to please help on this.
