Doesn't give an option to choose AP/HY/ instead suggesting AP/HYD/ as an option. I am not sure how to I withdraw my PF. Also, Aegis overtook TeleTech India and I am not sure of my PF for TeleTech which Aegis should have provided me.

Actually I am not complaining about whole aegisgloble company just want to inform there client's specially (IDFC First bank) Because from last 6 months it is a lot more work than the in hand salary requirement of these process. In this,
If you are giving any incentive, then he is not getting any further from the H.R department of him since last 6 months,
then I understand that if you are expecting his full loyalty and effectiveness in ESS salary then all of you will be very disappointed.
And if I have made any mistake in this then forgive me and I kindly apologize if I really did something wrong.

I got selected through the process of Flipkart. HR Canady called me then I came to know that I have been selected. After this he asked me for documents, which I sent all the documents on WhatsApp Kennedy read my messages several times on WhatsApp and did not reply to me. After that I made telephone calls and every time he told me this, I will tell tomorrow. Tomorrow I will tell you many times I called, him and he gave me the next time, but did not solve my queries even once. Even after getting selected in Flipkart, I could not join.

She doesn't know how to behave to candidates. Is this the way you accommodate a mother # to your company? Too bad. And she rejects eligible candidates and accepts the one who she likes. Who the # she think she is.

I worked in aegis bpo gurgaon location and my date of leaving is 22feb 2016, but my epf clearence is not done by them till now, i contact them through mail and calls but they are not responding.
Firstly they wrong info in epf portal and then when asked them to change they asked for my documents again, i sent them again but still no updation done from their side, not even replying my mails.

This is to inform you that i was working with your organisation for 4 years and 6 months in bhopal location and after separation from the organisation i submitted my provident fund form at 8th june 2017. But still my provident is not get released and when i asked with the responsible person who is taking care of provident fund mr. Sanjay gaur on behalf of aegis ltd. He respond me that your provident form is got rejected due to the process got changed now all provident fund process is converted from manually to online.
But while processing online i am getting error that the name you entered is incorrect due to the incorrect name is registered by aegis ltd. Before separation form aegis ltd i take multiple follow ups for the name correction
But they ensured me that it will not make any impact in your pf withdrawal. After rejection of pf withdrawal form i again asked for the name changing process status instead of providing me resolution
Mr. Sanjay gour (Asst manager hr department) respond me that we will not do anything for this you may change your name in your all legal documents. It means i have to change my identity for withdrawal of this provident fund. Request you to please take an appropriate action against this issue.

Myslf vivek and m working chennai aegis ltd. They dint inform me about nism in interview. And then i dint had pancard hr and trainer said me i[censored] apply pancard over here we r responsibility for it but still i dint get my pancard. And my training got over by may 2 and my batch people who dint complete nism and many others r also there who dint complete nism. But they r taking calls they even dint complete certificatiom. I was idol sitting on may 6 manager came and said y ur sitting idol i saed i[censored] allow at least i can take call then manager inform to trainer do certification for him and just let him take calls. Then trainer said today ur certification will b done. But from may 6-30 nthg has done for me. Daily i use t ask hr and trainer. They say me without completing nism u cnt take. I raised a question then i[censored] have office rule like this means u should not allow any1 to take calls. Who dint complete nism. U people r seeing partiality and may 30 manager come and sae we will remove them who taking calls without nism clear. But still now they r taking calls. And they r nt providing my salary. If things keep on going like this have to create a big problem. I[censored] have rule like nism then keep the rule for all same. More than 10 people who r taking calls without nism complete. When client come to check all this details in office they make people sit in canteen r gve leave to people who dint complete nism. So that they cn show to client that people r taking calls by nism complete.

As my office was located in itpl Whitefield and it's in bangalore and we wr working for hireright process wen I joined we ppl met with an accident and it ws from aegis transport driver who ws drnk and driving the cab and later they asked me to provide the medical bill s for re emssaemt and Thy evn informed me that Thy 'll pay back the money of hospital charges and we provided the docs after 6 months the provided half money and the rest the considered as fake bill as I know my doctor is gving the medicine's for the pain countainusly wic was gng on and I took it tis ppl asked me to leave the company and if the have no capacity 2 gv Thy could hv informed us and our manager is very worst mean asst manager as ppl r working thr if Thy r not well or anyone dies she won't approve leave and if anyone dies she need the photo of dead body to be sent for her in watsapp... it's not correct

First i had submitted by form and without even checking any of the details they had forwarded which was rejected and after two months after i enquired they said the form got rejected, and they doesnt even know to update the rejected files to the concern person, i had resubmitted my pf form since it was rejected due to a signature issue. I still doesn't have an status on my application. When i called concern person he said the application is not yet received and the online status check says no record found.

When is tried to reach the company, none of them bother to respond to the calls, no reply to the mails send. This is happening from a long time.

I joined aegis bpo, noida on 13th april 2015 in vodafone premium process and they ask me to leave on 4th june so i have done all the FNF formalities with HR nd they told me that i will get my salary (including salary for 4 days, headset security charges and leaves cash) either on 31st june or 1st july. But now i have received a salary slip stating that the have deducted a amount of 4200 rs as a noice period recovery charge and i have not reeived a single peny. I just wants to that why the charges has been deducted if i have done all the fnf formalities or if there was a need of that amount so why they didnt told me the same. I just want my salary to be credited in my account the earliest i am very dissapointed with aegis.

Yesterday on 30 mar 2016 jab mai break per ja raha tha to mai lift ke pass khada tha aur apni friend ke pass call laga raha tha break per Jane ke liye q ki usne mjhe bulaya tha break pe aane ke liye, isliye mai call kar raha tha, tabhi waha se Vodafone upw ke manager viswajeet singh nikle, Maine hi bola fir sir ne bola ki apna mobile dikhao call kaha kar rahe ho jab Maine mana kiya to bole ki tumko aegis se bahar nikakwa dunga unhone mjhe abuse kiya aur mera phone jabardasti mjhse le liya aur meri last call detail dekhi aur bole ye ladki kaun hai kiski team me hai fir mjhe andar ke gaye voda upw me, waha per meri friend as a cce work karti hai unhone meri aur uski insult ki bole ki use lohiya park banaliya hai bahut gandi tarike se baat ki kya us ladki ki koi izzat nahi hai mai use apni sister manta hu uske sath break share karta hu. Unko kya hak hai ki kisi ki personal life me interfere kare. Hello essar team,

A corporate fraud seems to be going on at your bpo subsidiary aegis at gurgaon phase - 4 unit near delhi. What exactly is happening is here to understand. Please read carefully! The top hr officials at aegis probably along with some airtel (Your subsidiary (Aegis's) client) process managers as well are making some great illegal salary on monthly basis.

What they do is that after inducting an employee suppose at "quality analyst" rank, they still hand him out the letter of intent (Loi) where it is written clearly that the employee would not be paid for first 2 months & his designation is stated as 'customer service executive" which is lower than what he has been hired for (I. E quality analyst) !!! The salary they promise is also more than the written up salary mentioned in the loi to keep the prospective employee happy! So, verbally they do "guarantee" that even for first 2 months the salary to the prospective employee will be paid however the employee can't question them on the sudden decrease in amount or their sudden refusal (In first 2 months) because the employee has agreed to accept the loi on which the written data exactly proves otherwise.

Now, how they are making extra money can be understood from the fact that they pay the employee some salary even in the first 2 months but as it is mentioned in the loi that no salary will be paid, so what they do is that they pay some reduced amount to employee (Designated as csr (Intern) for first 2 months as per the loi, this point must be noted) to keep him / her happy. But, the rest of the amount is gobbled up by them as on the paper (Sanctioned l. O. I) , they are paying nothing for the first 2 months, right??

Now, suppose even if they make 2, 000 rupees / employee on this basis for first 2 months of his / her joining, imagine what they make on collective basis as the hiring in this aegis company is always on & on monthly basis, huge number of employee are inducted. So, for each employee, even if the game is played for the first 2 months of his / her appointment, think, how much money they make on monthly & then on yearly basis??!!!

So, please take action against your subsidiary aegis's employees before the matter goes into court & you suffer unrepairable image damage!!!

I have joined Aegis BPO on 16th October 2012. I am on training. Yesterday I got fever and due to the illness I went to office 30 minutes late. So my trainer told me that I have to pay 1500/- Rs. then he will allow me to continue my training. I asked that Is this the Policy and he said that it's policy. So these peoples are playing with the future as well as the organization. I need an action against these. I request you please look into this matter and take a action against whose asking for the bribe for a job.

for 3 yrs.I have filled p.f withdrwal form in the month of august'11,but still i have'nt recieved any notification.I am really upset because i already registered a grevience about the same issue and nothing has been done so far hence i've also registered an RTI regarding this issue,i would appreciate if you could tell me atleast the status of my P.F Account which is AP/HY/56070/24278 & HR/25318/3306

I had joined Aegis BPO Kolkata in July 25th 2011. I had been offered a certain salary but did not receive the offer letter at that point of time. I decided to join anyways, and continued to work without anything in writing. Whenever I asked for the offer letter I was told by the HR that it is in process. Finally after almost a month I got the offer letter and the appointment letter on the same day. However, the salary break-up given in the appointment letter was not what I had agreed to. The break-up stated that about 25% of my salary will be CTC and the remaining as variable incentive. I did not accept any of the letters and decided to quit when I my first salary was released. I did try to bring my concern to the managements notice but I was informed that they cannot do anything about it. When I went to put down my papers I was told that this was not required as I had not accepted the offer or the appointment letter.

Now after almost 2 months I received a letter from Aegis yesterday informing me that I owe a certain amount of money to them which if not paid within 5 days, they would take legal action against me. My question is, can they do this? Specially when they do not have anything in writing that I had accepted their terms and conditions regarding separation procedure.

The amount they claim is not much but still I don't wish to pay them as I feel it was very unethical on their part to misguide me into joining their organization.

P.S. I still have the unsigned copy of the offer and appointment letter. If that helps.

On 8th Oct in the evening around 7.30 while going home from my office Premises i got entangle in the lying cable on the Footbath and felt down and broken my leg and my hang got twisted from the shoulder,it was a painful evening,
The issue here is not my pain but the concern is that lying telephone cable on the footpath,whatever has happened with me should not happened to others.
So i request the authority to remove the wire as soon as its possible as its raining every alternate days which may even more danger if Electricity passes through that wire in the raining.

Dear Sir,

I was working for A company called Orion Dialog associated with Tata Tele Services Ltd. This company was acquired by AegisBPO Services after 6 months of my services in Orion. We were given the transfer of service letter by new company. When I resigned from the company and filled the PF form after some time from resignation at thier office in Noida Sec-4. HR Execs told me that they will process the document and sent it to the PF Office after verification. So I left the PF form with them and they took all relevent doc from me at the same time.
But even after 1 year they are not telling the status. All the employee who had resigned during that period arre also facing the same problem. Even I was not given the PF No. by the company. Plz help.
