Aegis Bpo — Wrong hr practices

Hello essar team,

A corporate fraud seems to be going on at your bpo subsidiary aegis at gurgaon phase - 4 unit near delhi. What exactly is happening is here to understand. Please read carefully! The top hr officials at aegis probably along with some airtel (Your subsidiary (Aegis's) client) process managers as well are making some great illegal salary on monthly basis.

What they do is that after inducting an employee suppose at "quality analyst" rank, they still hand him out the letter of intent (Loi) where it is written clearly that the employee would not be paid for first 2 months & his designation is stated as 'customer service executive" which is lower than what he has been hired for (I. E quality analyst) !!! The salary they promise is also more than the written up salary mentioned in the loi to keep the prospective employee happy! So, verbally they do "guarantee" that even for first 2 months the salary to the prospective employee will be paid however the employee can't question them on the sudden decrease in amount or their sudden refusal (In first 2 months) because the employee has agreed to accept the loi on which the written data exactly proves otherwise.

Now, how they are making extra money can be understood from the fact that they pay the employee some salary even in the first 2 months but as it is mentioned in the loi that no salary will be paid, so what they do is that they pay some reduced amount to employee (Designated as csr (Intern) for first 2 months as per the loi, this point must be noted) to keep him / her happy. But, the rest of the amount is gobbled up by them as on the paper (Sanctioned l. O. I) , they are paying nothing for the first 2 months, right??

Now, suppose even if they make 2, 000 rupees / employee on this basis for first 2 months of his / her joining, imagine what they make on collective basis as the hiring in this aegis company is always on & on monthly basis, huge number of employee are inducted. So, for each employee, even if the game is played for the first 2 months of his / her appointment, think, how much money they make on monthly & then on yearly basis??!!!

So, please take action against your subsidiary aegis's employees before the matter goes into court & you suffer unrepairable image damage!!!
