Dear Sir, I, Chander Parkash Kathuria, finance a mobile purchased from The Mobile Store, Sector-2, Rohini and finance through AEON CREDIT SERVICE INDIA PVT LTD. for Rs. 19, 998/-. My Application No. is[protected] Dt. 13.03.2014. My Registered Mobile No. is [protected]. Your amount financed for 15 months instalments for Rs. 1533/-. Your instalment start on April'2014 and end on June'2015. All 15th instalments are finished on June'2015. Your account is closed now. No pending amount due. So, Why you are again Rs. 1533/- debit in my account for the month of July'2015. It is extra amount to be credit in your account. I request you to refund my amount of Rs. 1533/- in our account or cheque send in my address. My address is CHANDER PARKASH KATHURIA B-7/5, SECTOR-15, ROHINI, DELHI-110 089. M-[protected] Please send me the reply at the earliest. I am waiting your reply. My amount is send at the earliest. I send you a Bank Statement which amount of Rs 1533/- is debited my account. I send you a mail to the company for five times, but no reply this side from yesterday. Today I am again sending the mail to the company in morning but no reply today.
